We provide an online marketplace for consumers. Refund requests are processed by TJ Retails in line with e-commerce requirements and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Overview

If Buyers have an issue with an item that they received, our agents, and/or our systems can decide if an item is eligible for a return and/or a refund. Buyer may receive a refund to the originating payment instrument, credits added to an TJ account balance, depending on eligibility. Buyers must initiate a refund and return request on the sub-order details inside their account. Buyers can request a refund for a number of issues with the item that they received. The Buyer must initiate a refund and return request during the time limit.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days from the day of purchase for US customers and 30 days after purchase for international customers. If 20 days or 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. But you can still request one and we will let you know what we can do.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Eligibility

The Buyer may be eligible for a refund for the following reasons:

  • Doesn’t match listing
  • Possibly not authentic/ counterfeit
  • Doesn’t work
  • Damaged
  • Item is incomplete
  • Wrong item

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

After you request your refund one of our agent will contact you via email or through your TJ account to complete your return. We might ask you to send us proofs before a request can be process.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to TJ Retails. If a refund request is improve we will email you a return label.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 20 or 30 days after purchase.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Vendors can decline the refund, and any case vendors decline the refund we will ask you the customer and the vendor to provide proofs base on your claim. And TJ Retails will decide the outcome base on the proofs provided by each parties.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days after refund has been approved. We will also send you a receipt email.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company / bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {sales@tjretails.com}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {sales@tjretails.com} and we will provide you with a shipping label.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a TJ Retails credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be added to your TJ account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, we will provide you with a shipping label.

If you receive a refund for an item that have pass the time limit or for a reason not in our part. The Shipping cost will be non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If a proper refund is granted than you will receive a full refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider keeping track of the shipping items via the tracking number provided. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All Final Sales

TJ Retails does not accept Returns or issue a refund if the Buyer rated the order and released payment to the Seller or in the following circumstances:

  • Returned request approved, but Buyer does not return the item back to the Seller after ten business days from receiving the shipping label.
  • If the Buyer does not contact TJ Retails within the Return timeframe when Returns are accepted upon Seller’s approval.
  • Prohibited, hazardous or illegal items are not eligible for a return

Any exceptions to the All The Final Sales policy will result in an TJ account credit that expires in 90 days

Returns Abuse

Abuse of refunds and returns may, at TJ Retails discretion result in account limitation(s) and/or legal action.
